What Work Can Be Done Offshore?
We offer not only programmers, but quality assurance engineers, administrative assistants and even project managers from our offices in Bangalore, India.  No matter what the specialty, however, our offshore employees come from top notch Indian universities, have seasoned expertise in their specialty and refined English language skills.

How Can I Communicate and Share Files with Offshore Developers?
Most of the communication and file sharing happens vis-a-vis our American project managers, who act as laisons between our clients and the developers and are available 9-5 Monday-Friday Pacific Standard Time.  However, because the project managers cannot be familiar with every detail, sometimes it is good to open communication lines directly to the developers.   In this case communication can be made over email, instant messanger  and Groove, an effective industry-leading application designed to coordinate geographically dispersed teams.  In addition we offer an internet-base phone system that works over normal phone lines and allows calls to India for 3 cents per minute.  When coordinated in advance, phone calls can be made from 9-11 am Pacific Standard Time.
